G. Clinton Kelley
G. Clinton Kelley, Esq. has been an attorney with an active Pittsburgh DUI and criminal law practice since 1991, representing drivers arrested for DUI in Pittsburgh.
Clint is an Instructor with CAPE Education, preparing course materials and teaching continuing legal education classes and is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Point Park University.
Clint has handled well in excess of 1,500 client matters involving Jury trials, non-jury trials and appeals in all types of criminal defense litigation, including the defense of DUI cases, felonies, misdemeanors, and summary offenses.
Clint is admitted to the following Pennsylvania Courts:
- Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
- U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
- U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
Military Experience: U.S. Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, 1985-1995. Awarded Honorable Discharge. Awarded Army Commendation Medal for service as Government Counsel and S-4 to 42nd Military Law Center.
